Kickstarter Plant-Based Combination Breakfast Brand for Kids

Let’s go to the plate! was founded by a husband and wife team who found a niche in the market: that there are no ready-to-go meals for kids that are healthy and delicious while being affordable.

The company offers three different products – a pepperoni pizza, a ham and cheese cracker stacker, and a PB&J – all of which are made from high-quality plant-based ingredients and feature a fun, DIY assembly concept. engaging for the little ones.

Co-founder Shawn jang said he and his own wife as new parents led them to start the business.

“There weren’t any kids’ meals available that ticked the big boxes: healthy, convenient, affordable and delicious,” Jang said. “As parents, we realized there was something we could do – and that’s how Let’s Plate! Was born.”

As part of the campaign, Let’s Plate! has partnered with Buttercrumble, a UK-based design studio specializing in branding, project management and public relations. Buttercrumble works with clients around the world to express themselves through the power of graphic design, illustration and emotional branding. Let’s go to the plate! has also partnered with One Tree Planted, a nonprofit organization dedicated to global reforestation.

The mission statement of Let’s Plate! is to provide every child with access to healthy and delicious food. This philosophy drives Let’s Plate! to make food accessible, nutritious and tasty.

Health and sustainability also guide the company’s thinking process in a broader sense: many packaging elements that make up each product are fully biodegradable and / or 100% recyclable. The material of the packaging boxes comes from FSC certified forests.
