Mark A. Loren, 59, of Goodyear Heights, was laid to rest July 27, 2022 after battling a plethora of chronic illnesses in the last 15 years of his life.
He was born on June 18, 1963 to Carol and Eugene Loren. Mark was an eclectic individual whose career spanned many different professions, from general contractor, ironworker and kiln development to shrimp boat captain and carnival tripper. Mark was an American and European history buff who enjoyed traveling to historic sites in the United States and Europe as a young adult. He loved the great outdoors and enjoyed hiking, exploring caves, fishing and visiting the beach. In his later years, he enjoyed watching the History Channel, listening to music, and collecting antiques ranging from petrified wood and fossils to historical firearms, tools, and jewelry. Most of all, he loved collecting beautiful keepsakes with the people he loved that he displayed on his bedroom wall for all to see.
In addition to his father, Mark is predeceased by his son, Dennis Craft.
