OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – A fun, free and open to the public festival kicks off this weekend with a range of family activities.
From 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. on September 26, the Mesta Park Neighborhood Association will present the Mesta Festa 2021 at the Perle Mesta Park, located at NW 18th and Shartel Ave.
Mesta Festa will feature a beer garden, outdoor kids’ area, arts and crafts, live music, beach volleyball, local artists, food trucks and pop-up shopping stalls.
“The Craft Brewers Association of Oklahoma is proud to partner with Mesta Festa for its 26th year. By choosing local breweries to work with and supporting locals, Mesta Festa gives our industry a better opportunity to reach out to our community while also helping us with this popular annual fundraiser in Oklahoma City, ”said Tabbi Burwell, Craft Brewers Association of Executive Director of Oklahoma.
Social distancing and masks will be encouraged, and there will be multiple hand sanitizer stations available.
Admission to the Beer and Wine Garden requires a bracelet, which will be available for $ 25.
Several local musical groups including Tanner Fields, Nia Moné, Isaac McClung and Keathley will perform throughout the day.
